Description
Sol-Care Prefilled Flush Syringes are developed to facilitate the flush procedures as they are ready-for-use which saves healthcare professionals time for preparation. Our unique labelling design provides all necessary information to facilitate easy identification and to help prevent the risk of medication errors. They are compatible with standard luers (ISO standard compliant)* and needle free connectors avoiding needlestick injuries. With its internal sterile fluid path, it is suitable for most of IV procedures that aim to keep the catheter patency. Our 3ml and 5ml products are presented with 10ml diameter barrel which enables a safe and low pressure when flushing the catheters. The stopper is designed in way to reduce blood reflux when in use. Our syringes plunger, flange, tip protection are designed for facilitate handling. Our products are Latex free, DEHP Free, PVC Free, BPA Free, PHT Free.

Indications:
For flushing the catheters between intermittent infusions.

Trained doctors or nurses.
Cautions:
1. The use of the product must meet the requirements of relevant operational specifications and relevant regulations of medical department and be restricted to trained doctors or nurses.
2. Check for package integrity. It is strictly prohibited to use if product package is damaged, or the syringe breaks, leaks, disintegrates.
3. It is strictly prohibited to use if protective tip cap is not installed correctly, loose or falls off.
4. Visual examination for clarity of solution, if solution discoloration, turbidity, precipitation or any form of suspended particulate matter material appears – DO NOT USE.
5. DO NOT RE-STERILIZE.
6. Please use the product within the validity period. The product batch number, production date and expiration date are shown on the product packaging label.
7. It is strictly prohibited to re-use. Single use only, and discard any unused remaining solution.
8. Check the compatibility of 0.9% sodium chloride solution with drugs. Direct contact with drugs incompatible with 0.9% sodium chloride injection is strictly prohibited.
9. It is strictly prohibited to be used for subcutaneous and intramuscular injection and dispensing. Only for flushing of intra-vascular catheters. It is not for medication dilutions, nor for dry product reconstitution.
10. DO NOT PLACE THE PRODUCT ON A STERILE FIELD.
11. Do not use if you are allergic to the sodium chloride solution.

All orders are dispatched ASAP. We use a range of couriers for all items. As a general guide deliveries to major cities and towns can arrive 1 or 3 business day (if ordered before 12pm) whilst it could take up to 7 days for more remote areas.
Tracked orders to New Zealand can take anywhere from 8-14 working days to arrive.

Receiving the Delivery
Deliveries will require a signature to verify the delivery. The best addresses are where someone is home between 7am and 6pm weekdays, or a business address which is open during normal business hours. Usually if delivery cannot be made, The couriers will leave a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item, but this cannot be taken for granted. If delivery cannot be made, you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred even though you may not receive the item, so make sure someone is available to sign.
Authority to Leave Goods Consent
You may provide your consent for us to leave goods unattended and without a signature at the nominated delivery address.
By providing this consent, you acknowledge and agree that, once the courier has left the goods at the delivery address, the complete order has been received.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
1. ToBe Health Care will allow a return where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
- returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- as new and is not used, worn, or unopened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- in a resaleable condition; and
- not damaged in any way.
2. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in unsealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by ToBe Health Care, you will not be eligible for a return.
4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.
5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods to your nominated address.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS
Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by ToBe Health Care within 30 days.
